Sobha Hartland 2 is a residential community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. It is currently at the planning stage with construction yet to start. The masterplan model depicts three lagoons surrounded by towers and villas with green landscaped areas. To the south, a large crescent lagoon is overlooked by a row of ten skyscrapers of approximately 40 storeys each. At each end of the crescent lagoon are two clusters of three buildings, the largest of which are super-tall n skyscrapers. The northern half of the development depicts a villa community with a cluster of over 100 villas and an additional dozen mansions. Full-scalenconstruction is due to begin in 2023.
